Hundreds Stolen at Dry Cleaner in Trenton
The following information was supplied by the Trenton Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Trenton police responded to a call about a breaking and entering at about 7:45 a.m. Sept. 24 at Heritage Cleaners.
The store manager told police nearly $350 was missing out of an unsecured filing desk and change drawer, according to a Trenton police report.
She added the front door was unlocked and the west window was open when an employee arrived that morning.
The business was closed at 6 p.m. Sept. 22 and the front door and window should have both been locked at that time, according to the manager.

The key word in the story is that the fron door "should have been kocked"

If that was the case, then the window wouldn't be open. In through window, out through door, "It Takes A Thief" on Discovery back in the 90s should be required watching to help business owners prevent theft!
