Hey Trenton! Is Trenton a Great Place for a Walk?
Trenton will receive a "walkability" audit on Thursday and Trenton Patch wants to know if the city is already a great place for a walk or if there's room for improvement.
The Michigan Department of Transportation will be auditing Trenton's "walkability" in the city's business districts near West Jefferson between City Hall and Rotary Park and along West Road between the Cultural Center and Fort Street.
The audits allow officials to evaluate walking conditions in Michigan communities and offer improvement ideas.
Trenton's audit is set for Thursday and Trenton Patch wants to know if the audit is necessary or if Trenton is already a great place for a walk.
Trenton Patch wants to know if you think Trenton is a great place to go for a walk or could it use some improvements?

I can't think of many improvements. My son and I always walk around Trenton. We live in the middle near Kennedy and walk to the fireworks, Elizabeth Park, restaurants, library, schools, ice cream hops, CVS, 7-11, etc.. Everything is within walking distance for us. It is one of the reasons I love Trenton so much!

Excellent response michelle! Anyone else share this enthusiasm for Trenton's "walkability?"
