Trenton resident Misty Bearden won a national contest sponsored by Motif Jewelers last week.

A bus driver in the Trenton Public School District, Bearden won a sterling silver bracelet and charm from Rembrandt's "Story of Your Life" monthly contest.

"I was really surprised," Bearden said. "I was in Florida when I received the email (from Rembrandt) and I couldn't wait to get home."
