Trenton police responded to a call about an argument involving residents that resulted in two pistols drawn and pointed at the same man at about 6:30 p.m. Nov. 17 in the 5400 block of West Jefferson Avenue.
Police said a heated argument began between a 31-year-old man and a 63-year-old man in a nearby parking lot. During the argument, the younger man, "put his hands out to put space between them" when the older man pulled out a pistol from his waistband behind his back and pointed it him, according to a Trenton police report.
At that moment, a 50-year-old man entered the argument and also pointed a pistol retrieved from his waistband. A witness told police the man racked the slide of the pistol and pointed it at the younger man.
The three men continued to exchange words for a short time and were joined by a 28-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man. The woman attempted to break up the fight, but was pushed out of the way.
The 30-year-old man walked over to the area and one of the men pointed a gun at him, as well.
The men with pistols left the scene before police arrived. No arrests were made.
