John Bartnicki of Trenton died Wednesday, July 13. He was 84.

He is survived by his wife, Dolores; his children, John E. (Sherry), Lawrence (Vickie), Ronald Bartnicki, and Susan Younts; a sister, Helen Ryzewicz; and two brothers, Stanley and Edward. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Frank, Alex, Peter and Paul, and two sisters, Frances Hinsman and Mary Kuzava.

Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, July 16, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday, July 17, from noon to 9 p.m., with a 5 p.m. rosary, at Czopek Funeral Directors, 2157 Oak St., in Wyandotte. Funeral services will be Monday, July 18, instate at 9:30 a.m. with Mass at 10 a.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2565 3rd St., in Trenton.
