Trenton resident Giovanni Ventura died Nov. 28 at the age of 93. He is survived by his wife of more than 69 years, Gertrude; his children, Dick (Peggy) and Bart (Mary Beth); his grandchildren, Kevin, Erin, Danielle, Gina and Jacqueline; and his great-grandchildren, Gabrielle, Patrick, Sean, Timothy, Joseph, Nicholas, Lucia, Andrew and Matthew

Visitation Wednesday, Nov. 30, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary, at the Trenton Chapel of the Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 3200 West Rd.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 1, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2623 Third St., in Trenton. Interment will follow at the Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery in Huron Township.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
